This is super weird. Maybe a glitch. When playing the game for about a third time, I instinctually pressed the space bar for rockets on the first ramp. They worked! Try it if you don't believe.

Upgrade everything except your rocket fuel. I upgraded my upgrade fuel 'till i got to "25"...worked wonders.

buy acceleration first for 15, then you can earn 50 gold on the 2nd day to buy the glider.

after that you need acceleration lvl3 to reach 45mph

!! If you buy a higher upgrade you don't pay each upgrade between your last and your new one !

Keep a sharp eye on when your able to upgrade your rocket fuel and air resistance, these are keen things that when watched and looked at, can be used greatly to your advantage. Good Luck! ~Ricinium
